Sorry to butt in on this thread but can anyone tell me what time CPS open please. Would like to arrive before 11 but not sure if CPS will have started.
Thanks

It wouldn't work for us. I like to drink Prosecco with friends - we take it in turns to buy a bottle & I'm sure it won't be included in a drinks package. I also like a good Cognac after dinner - again probably not included. Hubby doesn't drink alcohol but drinks copious Costa coffees which wouldn't be included in the package. If our last transatlantic cruise is anything to go by, we had 10 days of terrible weather coming home so didn't feel like drinking so that would be a waste of money if we had paid & couldn't drink what we had paid for!
If P&O are trying to compete with Celebrity out of the UK they may well include it. We had the standard drink package with Celebrity last year and it included Prosecco(very nice it was too) and Courvoisier.

Thank you Kersh, I was beginning to think I had made a bad decision for our upcoming cruise in November.

Hope you have a lovely cruise Rick.
We waited on average 15 to 20 mins sometimes less. We would go and have a glass of wine in one of the bars while we waited. One night the pager went off as soon as we ordered so we simply took the wine into the MDR with us.
The longest wait we had was on a formal night, think it was the captains welcome aboard party. Had to wait about 45 mins but that was because everybody at the party all headed to the MDR at the same time when the event finished. Not really a problem, we were still out in time for the show as it is on later on these nights. -
Hello Rick
It is a private pager, the kind that vibrates and flashes with a red light. It works whichever bar you are in. You will not miss it going off :D

From memory it was £2.95 and about £3.50 - never has an extra 50p been worth spending as much as this!
Agreed :D

Hubby wont be best pleased if there is no Stella onboard Arcadia in Nov
Neither of us like Carling, prefer Stella or Becks if not Grolsh.
Have told him he will have to stick to Bacardi :D sure I will be able to get by on wine or vodka ;)

Thank you Dai. That's a relief :D

Lucky you going to Grand Cayman and on Britannia :)
Hope you get to go to Catalina Island again it's a lovely relaxing day.
As for why the islands are not listed I have no idea but hope it's just a glitch on the website.
Hope you have a lovely cruise either way.

Meant to add it was my second favourite day of the whole cruise after Grand Cayman.

Hello again Jean,
Had a look as you suggested however ,unfortunately the same two islands are still missing, in fact no mention either of what islands may replace the 7th or 11th March.Odd isn't it. Hope you enjoy your cruise on Adonia.
Thanks Pat
Hi there
There won't be any excursions listed for Catalina Island. Went there with Celebrity and it is just a beach day, bit like a private island. BBQ on the beach and a bar set up.

Just tried again and managed to get in now on my ipad :)

I am thinking the whole system might be down for Cruise Personaliser I have assumed, maybe wrongly, that it is connected to the technical difficulties they were having with the booking system when Britannia went on sale.

The 15% tip is still paid on all drinks. They have a different Drinks Menu when sailing from the UK that shows the price of drinks with the 15% included. The price of the drink package does not include the 15% so if booking this for a cruise out of the UK they add the 15% at checkout. I prefer it this way as you know the full cost of the drink without having to do a mental calculation to add 15% to the price.

I have been trying to get in for 2 days with no luck :(
