I’ve seen where several people have said that elegant night attire is much more relaxed on the Alaska cruises compared to Carribbean. Would jeans and a dresser top be allowed for women and kids in the MD? Just don’t want to pack dresses if we really don’t need them.

We have a car rented in Skagway with the hope that our passports make it before we leave in 34 days…eekkk. If they don’t arrive is it still worth having the car if we can only drive to the border when our plan was going all the way to Emerald Lake?

We will be going to Alaska this summer and plan to bring cokes and a bottle of wine on board with us. I have seen several posts about people buying cokes while in port and bringing them back on the ship with them. Can you only do this with cokes, or can you buy wine also?
