Haphhs01 Posted June 19, 2023 #1 Share Posted June 19, 2023 I’ve seen where several people have said that elegant night attire is much more relaxed on the Alaska cruises compared to Carribbean. Would jeans and a dresser top be allowed for women and kids in the MD? Just don’t want to pack dresses if we really don’t need them.
nwcruiselover Posted June 19, 2023 #2 Share Posted June 19, 2023 Definitely, nice jeans and a dressy top would be fine for elegant night in Alaska. The dress is more casual on the Alaska cruises.
1025cruise Posted June 19, 2023 #3 Share Posted June 19, 2023 The stated dress code does not change depending on where the ship is. Now, while people might dress more casually, that's a different question.

We have been on 4 Alaskan cruises and what you have chosen will be fine. The Alaskan cruise is probably one of the most relaxed dress codes
