  1. I pre-purchased before i got on the boat, so i would not have to carry around a gallon of water for the 7 day cruise.

For pre-purchase, please contact our Fun Shops department at 1-800-522-7648 Ext. 70039, Monday-Sunday from 8:00am-10:00pm ET. For purchase on board, please contact Room Service. Should you wish to bring your own distilled water with you, it must be hand carried along with your CPAP machine.

    Hello,

I was looking at the cheers beverage program and it says it is 50 dollars per day.

It clearly says 4 oz, which is less than 1/2 a regular steak. I have never seen fries or onion rings in the Steakhouse

Yes I would suggest NOT getting the surf and turf if you are  hungry.  Look at my fork in the picture  compared to the steak😆.   In my excitement of the restaurant.  I didn't look at the steak size I just had in my mind "Surf and Turf"...

If you are interested we did a review of the steak house. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Fd-gHG8LyI

Hey everyone! My husband and I will be leaving on our 3 day cruise to the Bahamas on May 31st. We decided to purchase the Pixels Photo Package which includes 5 photos and 1 canvas photo. Since this will be a short cruise some of our pictures probably won’t be taken until the last night. Does anyone know if you’re still able to buy pictures the morning of debarkation? Will we be able to choose our canvas picture then or will we have to have it done prior to the last morning?

Yes you can buy pictures the morning of, you do not get digital copies to go along with your prints.  That's extra 😞
We did a review of the pixels if you would like more info

  6. We did the Cheers! package and I am not a heavy drinker and we did a 7 day cruise and we calculated we lost close to $350 dollars.  Next cruise we are going on we are getting cruise bar cash.  We did a review of our experience if you would like to take a look.

Oh, I have no problem with telling them no, I just don't like being put in a situation where I would have to in the first place. That would totally kill my mood.

I know what you mean, I went in blind and they were trying to up-sell another massage more expensive than the one we purchased.  I said no thank you and a manager came strolling past and said "it's only $150 dollars more what's the big deal?"  I looked at her and my mind told me "you are on vacation!! you are on vacation!!!, ignore it!!! "   I held back escalating the situation, but I made it known on the survey they send at the end of the cruise that was extremely rude.

So glad I saw this post. I was getting ready to book a couples massage for my husband and I. Not sure if I even want to book one at all once onboard considering everyone mentioning the hard sales pitches during services. That is so off-putting.

If you go in and know exactly what you want and stand firm you'll be ok. 🙂

  9. We did spa balcony on floor 12 and at some point during the cruise they sped the ship up to avoid a storm and the rocking got really bad, and I ended up seasick.

We did a walk through of our room

  10. We had an issue with pre-purchasing with a 20% discount.  We thought that since we had the Spa Cabin and you get discounts on multiple massages, the online purchase would go towards our discount.  NOT THE CASE.  They said we already got the  discount, so when we were ready to book another massage they started with the 20% discount instead of 30% which we would have received if we would have booked on-board.   If you plan on doing multiple massages, I would wait until you are on board to book.

We talked a little bit about it in our review of the Spa Cabin if you would like to take a look

Yes!  We paid $200 for the digital photo package at Disney and it was beyond worth it - every single picture we took at the parks!  I wouldn't hesitate to do the same for Carnival.

I would definitely do that if we took enough pictures to justify it.
