Coral is splitting its 10 July 12 niter into two (5 and 7-niter), as well as cancelling its August 12-niter Conflict Island trip and replacing with three shorter voyages totalling 12-night
Majestic is cancelling its trip to Hong Kong, replacing with a full Circle Australia and a Transpacific in April 2023

25% discount on bottles of wine is the only discounted part I have seen.
Small bottles from the bar are included in the plus package. Your in cabin water bottles are not included in the package, and are charged via room service.
Small bottle water included. Cans of sodas not included but also comes with 25% discount.
However they did try to charge me for a bottle of Asahi when I got the plus package. A visit to guest services sorted this out nicely.

Bottled water is included in the Plus package, but someone mentioned that it is the small bottles, not the 2 litre ones.
Correct, 500ml ones included in the package
I always just order 4 bottle (the maximum per order) and get them delivered to my stateroom whenever I need them

Club class is in the Bordeaux dining room fir breakfast lunch and dinner. Sabatini is breakfast for suite passengers
well check sabatini pizza lunch tomorrow. Just had a delicious dinner followed by more decadent desserts. Frank had the pan a cotta and I had the chef’s special which is four sample desserts
Dang I should’ve gone to the MDR tonight! Entrees were the only good thing about Bayou (although it’s free so really can’t complain). Steak is a meh…..

I will see if any of the bars have espressos machines just for you OzKiwiJJ
IC located deck 6, right next to the casino
There’s another espresso machine in Horizon Court, at the very front of the ship 🙂
I just boarded this arvo, have to say it’s a nice ship - certainly didn’t feel it’s a 20yo ship!!
Cheers,

Hi, a question for Irene please. We've ordered the included lanyard and medallion. I see that the medallion goes inside an oblong hard clear plastic case. Often that sort of plastic has sharp bits from the moulding process so I'm wondering if that's going to be a problem for my delicate tops 🤔 Not to worry if you've invested in upcharge accessories so don't know 😀
Pre-pandemic on Ruby it was never an issue, as the case itself has a round edge

I don't see why not unless it is pure alcohol.😁 I know ethanol is alcohol, but I don't think you intend to drink your sanitiser.
Nor do I have to - just like everybody else who has a drink package I got more alcohol than I can consume! 😁
Thanks for that

I hope so, because I was planning on taking some of those little bottle.
But now I think about it, little bottles with clear liquid in them might be banned.
Another Question for @CbtoursYeah that's what makes me worry as well
I know for a fact I have to check them in already on Qantas
Certainly hope it's ok
@Cbtours Thanks! 😄

Hello folks,
Anyone know if PCL will allow us to bring sanitiser onboard?
The new post-pandemic norm for us is always packing a few bottles of 75% ethanol with us as our sanitiser so don't want any surprise from the security

Really? Never found this on my recent 2020 Princess cruise. Will have to seek this out on Coral.
Pre-pandemic we went onto the Ruby's Feb'20 sampler out of Sydney and I remember the ice cream being free.
It was somewhere on the Lido deck, think around in the pool area.
Bet Coral would be similar

PVP is a Princess Vacation Planner - don't think P&O have them (Pacific Explorer)
P&O does have their own group of vacation planner as I have one.... But one probably has to call to get a PvP assigned

As others have said, Scenic is an Aussie company. The 'Pty Ltd' indicates that it is an Aussie company.
Thanks
Wasnt aware they have a small expedition ship!

I do notice a lone OPT bookings for Feb 2024 with an "unnamed vessel" and the cruise line is "Scenic Tours Pty Ltd". Maybe this is the Disney ship?

Do we have any club class on 19th sailing at all?
Asking this as I never saw that popped up when I was making the booking, under mini-suite or suite.
Myself is booked in suite tho 😄

Seeing my old colleague posting this is something fun 😄
None of us would have expected BICT to be idle until now when the news of this terminal is out

Yes I did that. Though officially free first night is only for 6 nights or longer, but it let me book on first 3 night one, I’m guessing because even though separate booking numbers, it appears as one cruise on the medallion app
Emmm mine seems to insist charging $29pp cover charge - I'm on Vista for the 19 Jun cruise
How did you manage that?
Cheers,

It is expected she will start he journey to Oz next week, likely Wednesday (guesstimate),
Sounds about right, as Port Everglades booked her departure on 09 May local time, which is Tuesday down here. She would also have an overnight before this departure since her incoming run is on 08 May: https://pevvesseltraffic.broward.org/webx/

I had Princess's PVP sending me three holdings - none with FCC applied, but each of them has a cabin assigned.
I thought that was a great way when we couldn't decide on the trip and was assessing our options

The ship has not carried any paying customers as Pacific Adventure yet.... 😄 So I guess that's why no one's answering
I would say try Princess forum as the ship was Golden Princess and Princess also has a whole bunch of other Grand class ships that have similar layouts

Alternatively - if it's me I'd wait until Westerdam's new Australia schedule comes out and decide if you want to try another HAL run instead! It might also come with some nice promo with it like Coral's release IMO.
But by all means - this is fabulous already and definitely go ahead with that if you're happy with that 🙂

I just wish they do some short sectors so we can give it a go - HAL usually does 12-14 night sectors (or longer) down in Australia and NZ.
Hopefully some surprise itineraries!

22nd August Coral Princess Conflict Islands Cancelled

Sounds about right as they also splitted Coral's 10 July 12-niter Queensland cruise into a 7-nighter and 5-nighter
