Celebrity Summit. Looking for ocean view. Is deck 2 or 3 any good

We have chosen these same cabins for the 3 Summit cruises we have taken! There aren't that many either. I think they might be a bit larger as well (even though it doesn't state that on the details). So happy! -
We cruised to Alaska on Solstice out of Seattle last month (May 20). We had Aqua Class. The first night we ate at Blu, but were put off and decided not to dine there. Instead we went to the Main Dining Room every night. We did not need to consult with the maitre d of Blu. We just went to the mdr and got a table each night. No problem for anyone.
