Yes I looked it up before I posted. https://www.verizon.com/plans/international/international-travel/cruise-and-inflight/ Is it possible you are confusing it with the ground based plan for international travel? That does have a $10/day option as well as a $100/mo option. But it will not work at sea. https://www.verizon.com/plans/international/international-travel/ Here's a pic from a few days ago I luckily grabbed for comparison. They changed the website and don't offer side by side anymore, and I think it is because the daily is clearly a better deal unless you use for well more than 10 days as everything is unlimited.

  4. I understand your point and accept its good intent but in my case I still have a business to run, as well as elderly parents stateside and children who occasionally need to discuss things. And a dog being dog-sat. Yes disconnecting 100% would be lovely in concept but I wouldn't want to not have any of those things that demand the connectivity. Thank you for your sentiment though!
  5. I would love to use a travel router on my first regent cruise coming up on Splendor. But I am concerned if it is a violation of the TOS? (I am kinda big on rule-following, sorry to be a dork!) If it is not an explicit violation of the TOS, I am going to try it.

  7. Infrequent cruiser here. Fourth one in 30 years, 5 years since last. Going to Med on Regent Splendor, very soon. Excited, expect it will be great. I lurk these board for info and I get a ton of valuable stuff, thank you all you experienced people! I doubt you realize how helpful you are. Here is my question: My regent rep is not very responsive or helpful. He's not horrible, this is not a complaint, I don't want him replaced... but I have to email him or leave msg 2 or 3 times to get a response. Been waiting a month for him to arrange a pre-cruise land tour for us also. Just for $30K I would have hoped for a bit more responsiveness. Cruise is in 40 days and fully paid for. Do you recommend I transfer to a travel agent to help with stuff? Since we are novices we have more questions than some I guess. I know a TA might give us some benefits also? I have never used one. Thanks in advance!
