  1. We booked this a year ago, when it was $50. We’ve done 4 cruises before this with the new Plus, so it feels odd, but since it was booked so long ago, the travel summary only lists the old basics. I did double check on the app and it says in red that not all of the items listed may apply. It also shows that I could upgrade to Plus for $10 a day per person. We are on for 30 days, so sure won’t pay $600 more. We’ve never attempted one of the sundaes, and haven’t used the fitness classes. If we want to go to a casual venue, we’ll just pay. So far we’ve just added $14.95 for one phone to use Ocean Now. Breakfast/coffee delivery using the door hanger is complementary for everyone. Room Service using the phone is an extra charge of $5, but we’ve never used it before. I did write a letter when it first came out, since it upset me. I never heard back. I got over it once I wrote the letter. Being on board now, it’s really not a problem for us.
  2. I am currently onboard with the old Princess Plus. We are able to get drinks up to $15. Our gratuities are covered, as well as Wi-fi. We will have to pay to go to the casual dining venues. We had to pay a one time fee of $14.95 to use Ocean Now delivery. No Premium desserts or special fitness classes.
  3. No snoozing. We live in a rural area and our mail takes a few extra days. I called right away. It's all good. The issue was more about sending me a lesser offer via email a few days after I tried booking the GREAT offer. Same event - same cruise. Thanks for taking the time to try to help!
  4. Funny how things work...or don't. 🙃 I get a variety of offers --most of which are better than my "Come Back" offers. We have been sailing a lot on Princess (106 days since "Return to Service" and have 77 days booked between September 2023 and April 2024), so usually my email and snail mail offers are better than my "under the door" offers. I think they look at the big picture. We are from Wisconsin and are surrounded by casinos. It's interesting to see how they vary in ways they "reward" gamblers to come back. Thanks again for taking the time to try to help!
  5. Sure did. That's the only number I use, since all my bookings are casino offers. Yesterday I booked a different offer with no problems. I am only having trouble with the one that came with two offers - - a GREAT offer and a much less offer. They only want to give me the worse offer. Thanks for trying to help!
  6. We had the same excursion cancelled due to rain and low clouds during our first Alaskan cruise. We totally understood - safety first! The rain stopped and we walked down the pier and grabbed a whale watching trip, so all was not lost. We are heading back up early September and have Taku Lodge booked. Might as well try again!   7. I have the same problem. I was sent a flyer with a great offer. When I called I was told no. The offer that showed up on my account was much lower. Less free play, lesser stateroom, no Princess Plus. I stayed on the ohone, but she checked and was told no. We can’t demand when they can’t do it. I wrote to Global Casino but haven’t heard back. I think it is awful to be treated this way. I am loyal to Princess- 113 days since Fall 2019 and 77 days booked and paid for between November and April 2024. Hard to be denied an offer that just came in the mail. Let me know if you have any ideas. Someone should care about this.
