    We get them almost everytime past a Cruise, conditions are printed online.

    Remember: if you have the free at sea, they put USD 200 (?) on hold per Night and passenger. Every day. This was once a Problem to us. they tried to put 400 (2 ppl) on hold before they removed the hold from the day before. USD 800 was to much for our card, the Cruise was still on it and the bank didnt believe we spend this much in USD (a small german bank) needed a call.

    Thats true online. A nice request on the phone and only one can upgrade, as long as the others have „some Kind“ of Package.

    We Head five Cruises (5 ships) on NCL. Never any issue.

    We did a TA on the Epic in April 2022, Taste was closed.

    Thats wrong. I dont know how it in Canada works, but in Europe you can bid at ~80 days and final payment is at 30 days.

    Depends on your date of final payment. Since there is only a week for us between the two dates. No Problem 😊

    There is a difference between gty and „x“. The pcc is able to move you in a gty if he/she wants.

    We're using it every time. Now for the 4th cruise. Never had any issue. We don't have to pay the 50 here. We always have the flights we want, much cheaper than we can get ourselfs. And always Premium (Lufthansa). Lufthansa is willing to speak with us, we have control about the booked flights 🙂

    We got a latitudes discount of 10% on our cruise fare. Happens when you make the second cruise this year.

    We did 4 cruises on ncl and one on msc. Never again msc. The entertainment was bad, the dining was bad (mostly the timing) bad ppl on the ship (grandiosa/starting from barcelona) we will pay a lot more and go on ncl in november.

    We booked once without ncl air. And now the 4th time with. Never had a problem so far.

    Thats wrong. My name is always different. Thats because the german spelling (passport) matches not the International spelling. Never had any issue. And my name is always "wrong" at ncl and every airline.

    Our pcc at ncl is very good. Hrs late ( different time zone) but this is wonderful, we can call past our work. Got land line (Wiesbaden) and mobile (Miami) , so we could call on sundays. Ncl closes friday at 6pm (?) officially. She always has more to offer than the website tells 🙂

    We got our flights while booking the cruise. The fourth time, everything ok till now, everytime.
