  1. Thanks! We will probably give it a try anyway since we don't have many dinner choices. I've tried Panda Express once and don't remember if I liked it or not, guess that says a lot!
  2. Have you tried the "James Beard" French Toast? It's out of this world good! If it's not on the menu, just request it. I haven't seen it on any of the Princess ship menus lately.
  3. - REMINDER - SLOT PULL EVERY SEA DAY AT 2 PM MEET at the desk in Double Down Bar (area near the televisions) BUY IN IS $25 USD

  5. Good for you, some not so lucky . . . We will keep updating as we get the information. Enjoy Sydney just a little longer. I'm not going anywhere near Guest Services tonight! This afternoon, it was mayhem when we were told to clear our accounts and cash out in the casino.
  6. CAPTAIN MESSAGE: The Majestic Princess will not be in the Port of Sydney tonight as planned. The weather prevented it, and the port was closed. The captain hopes to be in port by late morning. Stay tuned!
  7. SLOT PULLS WILL RESUME ON OUR 33-DAY ADVENTURE ON SEA DAYS AT 2 PM. I'm so sorry to see some of the players leaving us in Sydney. The first SEA DAY is April 11; we will meet AFT in the Double Down Bar at the desk near the TV's. We can continue playing on the same machine or pick another, which will be a group decision. $25 USD buy-in. Slot pulls were a lot of fun during our 10-day Queensland cruise, and we won every time until today. We played on Sea Days for the whole cruise and only spent $25 AUD (which was sadly lost today.) Fun had by all! Let's get a great group together during this cruise. See you soon!
  8. Due to bad weather, the Majestic is arriving in Sydney tonight at 8 pm. We have some nice swells out there but the rocking isn't bad; it's raining. See you all tomorrow!
  9. Did you get PJ'S too? The top was terrible but the bottom was soft and comfy. I took them with me! 🤫
  10. Wow! We flew United but didn't have those options. Although, our dinner was pretty good! Thought the seat & bed were very comfortable. Enjoy your flight, we did!
  11. April 1, 2024 - - - - - - - - GREAT DAY AT SLOT PULL TODAY! Hope to see a few of you at our SLOT PULLS when you board! We are having a great time & it's only the second day. Safe Travels!
  12. We didn't see a Starbucks! The only 6:30 I see is pm! 😴 😉 Thankfully, our suite has a coffee machine.
  13. We have too much luggage to take the train. I swear, every trip we take, I am going to pack less, and for some reason, we still take the same amount of luggage. 🙄
  14. I forgot to mention that the airport taxi ride to Four Seasons was $121AUD. We are staying at Meritons Suites in the Darling Harbor area this time. Our suite is like an apartment; it has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee/espresso machine, and a balcony overlooking a small section of Darling Harbor. Our travel agents highly recommend it.
  15. 😂🤣🤣 Sounds like my husband's words: "Doesn't play well with others." In our picture, my husband hasn't changed; for me, that's not the case. Hope to meet you onboard! I'll look for a " tall Cuban with a mustache, with a good-looking brunette!
  16. We used a taxi van, which cost way too much! Take @Yehootu advice . . . Use Uber everyone!
  17. Question??? Do I walk into Vines and yell, "Rafael"? 🤣😂😉 😂 Do you attend the "Elite Cocktail Hour" We have never been to one.
  18. Hi @LACruiser88 We are on our way back to Sydney on the Royal Princess arriving tomorrow 3/29. The Four Seasons Hotel was where we stayed when we arrived in Sydney on the 15th of March. LOVED IT! Our room overlooked the harbor at Circular Quay which we saw both the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. This trip is our first time to this part of our world, and the longest journey. We have 71 days to not only explore Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the South Pacific Islands we will continue to Alaska when the Majestic ports in Seattle on May 12. Our hotel for the two days prior to embarkation will be closer to Darling Harbour at Meriton Suites on Sussex Street. We hope to meet you at one or more of the Meet & Greets scheduled for April 1st, April 12th and April 22nd. We also prefer going on excursions privately or HOHO bus when available. We may occasionally use a Princess tour if must. We would welcome any advice or direction to excursions that have been enjoyed in the past. Looking forward to meeting you and others from Cruise Critic. I and possibly my husband will wear Princess Cruise Lovers name tag for easy identification. Warm regards, Sherri (aka Sharon)
