Cruising in January, such a comforting post about a potential controversial topic. I’m sitting here after a low grade fever for 13 days and 3 days in hospital after suffering covid induced double vision (6th cranial nerve palsy). Visions getting better, (2 weeks since discharge), 2nd run in with covid, fully immunized w/booster. Who knew! Comforting to read your post, I was very curious about the latest things. Wish you guys the best! (Covid now has my respect…)

I was on a Norwegian cruise and they had it. Was a blast, separated us in groups, games at each bar, small prizes. What the hell sound does a giraffe make? I was asked to make it…

That’s awesome, 37 years here. Thanks for your service. My wife is an angel. I just got out of the hospital from covid issues, double vision. Now she is my DD until it goes away. Don’t know if the cranial stroke or her driving is worse! Hopefully will be better by January before next 8 day cruise.

Won’t cruise without a balcony….last trip was the first one with no flying fish 😞. I prefer buffet but my better half prefers MDR. We only use extra pay restaurants once or twice in 7-10 day cruises. I don’t mind sitting down with strangers…just stay away from my food 😂. Don’t find excursions exciting or worth it. I can sit outside with friends or new friends drinking frozen drinks for hours. Hate people but love meeting strangers…weird huh?

Will be paying more attention at the cruise ports. I think Ft Lauderdale had an oversized parking area.

Wish some ports had oversized parking for class c’s. Would love traveling in RV to cruise port….

Bump it along! Retired Air Force heading out on Princess in January 2023. It’s our 2nd cruise since the lock down. January 2021’s cruise was great, masks or not! Missed sitting on the balcony and chilling…

Not even listed anymore, but two other cruises during that period.

We use it every trip. We usually head down in the evening and encountered one person. Very relaxing…this time I’m using the Icelandic shower!

We have always enjoyed it. We have had the concierge actually offer food not on the menu or provide other choices. It’s nice and convenient.
