  3. That's a shame bro. It would be the perfect finish to a perfect meal.😁 Not🤢 Sis
  4. I agree Presto. Our first cruise on her was a 24 night around the Eastern Med and we loved her. We celebrated our Golden wedding anniversary aboard her too. Nice memories. Avril
  5. Welcome home @DamianG I've followed your journey from your first post, and have enjoyed it all, from the Laundry Capers to the strange Noises in the Night. Thank you for taking me on a wonderful cruise with your lovely family A very honest and impartial review. Avril
  6. Now that is something that we would certainly love to try. Thank you Graham. Avril
  7. All the dining venues on all the various ships mentioned on here and it's the first time I've seen this one. I'm intrigued Graham. Could you tell me some more about it? Avril
  8. Why not Graham, won't you be cruising with P&O again?🤔 Avril

  10. You haven't offended anyone at all. With all posts you have to read between the lines, as the written word can be interpreted in many different ways. Many of us have got to know you from your posts, and know you would not purposely be argumentative or offensive. Keep posting lincslady.x Avril
  11. I enjoy all the cruise photos and reviews. The ships, the ports and the food. They bring back a lot of good memories. Many times I think to myself ' Oh I'd forgotten that' or 'I remember that place, it was lovely. I never get tired of them and often re-read the personal onboard reviews. Just like opening a photo album. Keep them all coming. Avril
  12. Those two sentences are the abridged version of my whole rambling post I sent earlier. Avril
  13. No kalos, they don't. My Mum's will be 30 years next month, but strangely, I'm ashamed to admit, that doesn't affect me the same. I loved my Mum and I know she loved me, but she wasn'tthe maternal kind, no cuddles or whispered secrets. I was so much closer to Dad. He taught me so much and was always there for me whenever I needed him no matter what. My fondest memory of him was when I was10. Loving You was on in the local cinema and Dad wouldn't let me go by myself, so after much sulking, me not Dad, he said he'd take me. Seeing Dad sat there, surrounded by hordes of screaming girls and watching Elvis was a sight I've never fogotten. Oh dear, here come waterworks again. Avril
  14. We aren't bothered either Presto, but I will look to see the score. Either that or read the blow by blow action on here as I did with the semi final. Anniversary of my Dad's death today. 32 years and it still hits me hard. Not a good day at all. Avril
  15. You all certainly seem to be in a spin that's for sure🙃 Pleased you all arrived safely. Sis
  16. That's what the receptionist told me to do and it worked. Bookmarked it and 'job's a good 'un'😉 Avril
  17. That happened to me, and I phoned the surgery to enquire. They had updated their system, and told me how to get to their new page on line. Give them a call and they should be able to sort it out. Avril
  18. Our surgery is the same, everything can be done online. The only time we need to phone is if we need an appointment straightaway. Avril
  19. We love Lisbon and always find time for a coffee and Pastel de Nata around Rossio Square. Does anyone else find it strange and awkward walking across the wavy design of the square? It sends my eyes crazy. Avril
  20. That's frightening to see Josy. Youngsters don't seem to see the danger in anything they do. Avril
  21. I'm enjoying reading your blog Sarah and pleased you're having a lovely time. Whenever we go to Portugal we always have a coffee and the gorgeous Pastel de Nata. We have recently found them in Tescos😋 Avril
