Depends on your interests and the time and $ you can afford. I spent 4 days in Athens on my first trip there and plan 4 pre-criose next year. I would also have 3 nights in Venice if possible

On my last cruise - Prima, Dec. 2023 - there was no deal, just $30 for the bag which was available from the start, even tho it was a 14 day cruise

I haven’t been to Gibraltar but I would never skip going ashore there. I really liked Cadiz, just walking around. Pisa is not just the tower but are the church and baptistry. There are other places to visit there. However from that stop you could visit Florence instead ( or in addition to Pisa ). In Florence, no need to go into the major art museums - the Duomo museum is rather small but has the original baptistry doors ( amazing ! ) as well as a Michelangelo statue. Also the Piazza della Signoria has 3 excellent original statues as well as a copy of David. Santa Croce church has the amazing graves of famous Italians such as Galileo.

I was on a land trip, not a cruise but did the Liko Kauai Napali boat ride. Excellent, but it is quite a way from the port

If flying, put your meds and essentials in your PERSONAL BAG, not your carry-on which may end up being gate checked

I used with no problem in Dec. 2023. One port was skipped due to weather and they processed my cancellation before I even had a chance to contact them.

On our last cruise - NCL Prima Dec. 2023 - there was one cabin with a door decoration and people kept moving it to different doors !
