We had to cancel our 12 day British Isles one week before embarkation. I took out the Princess Insurance for the first time. It had been a bad year for me because of a fall. I don't know if I would use it again. We just received our fare back this week. There were so many issues with what they needed. I had to follow thru with my Doctors. After everything was received we did get the money. I have no suggestions except for the cost. We are on a cruise Nov 4 and I again took out Princess. We have over 25 cruises with princess. Is there now a luggage fee for foreign flights?

After reading all these comments I feel I should share my experience with Princess. I took a very bad fall on the Crown in December. We were on the way back to California and still had four days at sea. I fractured my back and ankle. It was a horrible experience but Princess did provide me with appropriate care. I hope no one else ever have to experience this. I received a $750 credit per person for a future cruise because of my response to customer service. They appreciated the courtesy I showed them. I'm still flabbergasted and have applied it to our August cruise

I think we are lucky to still get the OBC. I'm sure we are ahead of the original cost. If it wasn't for the 10 sea days I wouldn't have any questions. $25 PER DAY FOR BOTH seems like a decent deal. Just having 2 wifis may be OK. We do drink and could try some of the other wines. I was really asking about the PRIZES?

We are on a 15day HI cruise and I keep wondering if the extra $750 for both of us be worth it? There are the 4 meals, 4 wifi, $200.00 plus the pictures and gifts? What in heavens name are the gifts? With so many sea day I know we will be using more than I wifi. Any information would be appreciated.
