Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. BouncingWheel, many thanks for your response.
  2. BouncingWheel, may I ask which bank you have your current cover with as it may be Barclays which could affect my future plans. Thanks in advance
  3. If you weren't aware, Neil Lockwood's show is stunning and not to be missed. If you haven't seen Manuel Martinez before, he's hilarious. If you have seen him before, probably not as good second time around. Enjoy!!!
  4. Forgot to mention that the cruise was 16 nights on Iona
  5. I can't answer the restrictions/rules part of the query as unfortunately I was unable to utilise my letter. I had to rearrange my next already booked cruise to a date beyond the expiration date on the letter. I did phone customer services and they agreed to extend the date on the letter, and provided an email to support that decision which I printed off and attached to the letter. Due to medical problems for which I could not secure insurance cover, I had to change the cruise arrangements again, and decided to let the letter lapse. I don't know the criteria for the issue of the letter, but Mrs J spent every evening in the casino but didn't lose more than £50/£100 a day, and some days ended ahead, the winnings being re-invested the following day!!!
  6. Yes, the casino manager has no interest as to where the cruise was booked.
  7. The age extension fee of £65 is payable just once per year, separate from the monthly account fee, and covers both account holders where appropriate. Cannot speak for the other query.
  8. I wondered what had happened! Enjoy your cruise 👌and win lots 💰💰💰
  9. Hello Sami If you have been handed the same type of letter as I have, as long as you have a cruise already booked that sails before the stated date in the letter, you don't have to do anything other than present the letter at the casino cashier's desk when on board. If you haven't, but are trying to make a booking, again, you don't have to do anything extra until you are on board. The 0345 number on the letter merely puts you through to P & O customer services, so you must have been unlucky with the rep you connected with who should have explained this. If your circumstances are different from my suppositions, let me know and I'll try to offer further assistance John
