Would a mocha latte or any coffee with some chocolate flavor be considered a simple espresso drink or would I be out of luck for that?

Spirit Coffees? I guess coffee with liquor? Also where can I get the specialty coffees onboard (Seashore?) Just the buffet and maybe MDR? Or would bars be able to make lattes and such?
