Can I disembark the ship permanently between Wednesday morning and Thursday morning? Would NCL security open 24 hours to allow people to leave the ship permanently? Thanks!

One of the cruise port is Saudi Arabia, less than 24 hours. I hold Canadian passport, I think both American and Canadian have to same rule to enter Saudi Arabia. Does it mean that I need to apply the Maritime e-visa (about $10) online prior to boarding the Silversea cruise ship even if I'll stay at the ship?
