Was on July 3-9 too, Johnny Rockets breakfast menu is very limited, ate there once for breakfast and wasn’t impressed. Solarium was open and has a omelette station, better selection and good views. preferred Wipe Out hot dogs over The Dog House, too much bread. Liked Giovanni’s best and the MDR. Did my time dinning, sat in the 355 area and had Hilton and Prince as servers. Great service. Made in Giovanni’s was equally as good.

I did the AI, but could have chosen PAYG. The PAYG food looked much better. The buffet was salad, bread, chicken, pork and roast prepared one way and fruit.

I booked through Discover Roatan, was on RCCL, had to wait for two other couples to get off the ship and find the driver before we could leave. Great excursion, waited like 40-50 min for the other couples to find our driver which lessened our beach/snorkeling time. If I did it again, I wouldn’t do the AI, but PAYG. Drinks were poorly made and the buffet wasn’t that great. Snorkeling was awesome though!

Was just there on July 6th, Juan and Israel gave us great service. Drinks were well made. Asked what their favorite food was and Israel said the burger. He was right, great burger. $4pp for the taxi ride, roof top views are worth going up the stairs.

So can you order as many entrees as you want in the specialty restaurants like in the MDR? Last cruise I was on my waiter basically said whatever I want he’ll get it for me, as many times over. Or will there be an added fee?

Will be on Allure in a few weeks and was wondering if you had to have one of the internet packages to communicate with other people in your group via text messages. I thought I had read somewhere you can connect to the ships wifi for communication purposes without being charged, or something like that. Thanks

Well this is good to know about MTD, as I thought they had tables reserved for that option. I'll be on the July 3rd sailing, doing 2 specialty restaurants and MTD the other nights. Guess it's too late to switch a regular dining time huh.
