Thank you, I hope this is our case as well! I will come back and report what happened so future disabled cruisers know what to expect.

I had the same question/concern. Because of the disabilty transportation we have to arrange from the airport, we have no choice but to arrive at 11:30 am. But our “assigned” arrival time is not until 1 pm. That is why I assume guest services told us to get embarkation supervisor? We have everything properly noted in our account, but I’m worried about wandering around the port with a handicapped child trying to find this supervisor if I’m not allowed inside until my assigned time.

We have to arrange special transportation for my disabled child and Carnival guest services said that as a result, to just disregard my arrival boarding time and find the “embarkation supervisor” asap when we arrive at port (we should arrive at 11:30 am, so not too early or late). On the phone, they weren’t sure exactly where to find this person at the Long Beach port and told me to just “ask around”? Anyone have a more direct location so we are not wandering around?
