  1. Well then perhaps Princess should have made that clear from the get go instead of implying they were going to sort it and nearly a month later she ended up with a mouldy mess. If they had given her back the suitcase when the incident happened she could have tried to sort it herself straight away. As I said earlier I don’t know all the ins and outs of this problem I was just pointing out that there were other very dissatisfied Princess customers out there.
  2. So sorry to hear about your ordeal. Someone on a Disney Forum posted about going on a Princess Cruise. They dropped her luggage in the water on Embarkation. Took it away and said she would get it back at the first port , 2 days later. She thought they would sort the case, launder it etc but no it was still soaking wet. So they took it away again and said it would be sent to her house. 2 weeks after arriving home the case arrived, everything inside was still wet and mouldy. Princess are refusing to pay any compensation. So another customer they have lost plus others of course that read the story. Love and best wishes to you and your family
  3. Hope you get a better outcome for your Aunt that you have been told to expect. We have been on a few Princess Cruises so read the Princess Forum so I will await what actually happened. I am guessing perhaps your post was moved so you asked for it be be removed. Good luck and hope all goes well for you and your family
  4. Thanks before Covid Ventura Freedom dining was advertised beforehand as 6.o’clock but when we got on board we found MDR on deck 5 actually opened at 5.30. I just wondered if it was still the same
  5. …..on Ventura please? We are on her later in the year. It used to be ( pre Covid) that one restaurant opened at 5.30 Also on Iona and Arvia next year so what time does it start on Iona as well?
  6. Perhaps P & O should provide a packed lunch ( giving a choice of sandwiches etc to passengers ) and reduce the excursion price
  7. Well that’s annoying they caused some people to miss out on their excursion, I hope those missing it got refunded with extra. As for the woman being rude she should be reported.
  8. Can you book in advance for the MDR or do you have to wait until you board or do you just turn up. Is it the same as before Covid where you get a note with which Freedom dining restaurant you have been allocated but you can in fact use any freedom dining one?
