I have a counsin who lives in the city and flies in and out of LGA frequently, the word is that Uber prices are going up and Taxi is the preferred method but Uber/Lyft/Taxi and all safe methods. I too got a quote of $80 PP and going with private transportation also from LGA to the Brooklyn cruise terminal.

Hi, how are you doing your pre-cruise testing? Online? I've got the government issues tests at home but know only certain sources will be accepted and someone has to watch you do it so just wondering what the best options are that will be accepted. I didn't want to pay Optum RX as suggested on their website $70 when I already have brand new unopened test kits at home. I'm on the Enchanted 10/15 so a month behind you...

Thank you, did not realize that! I guess I've always had my liquid taken during the security screening process. (IE. Water or Soda bottles so I just assumed Wine would fall into this too).

Question for you... how you do the BYOB with wine? Do you purchase once you get to your embarkation city or actually check in luggage prior to leaving home. I'm so afraid of a bottle busting in my suitcase and you can't carry it on an airplane so looking for suggestions... TIA!

Thank you, I see that now! I've been in there multiple times and this must be a new feature since it's getting closer to the cruise. I did the math, the upgrade price was the same as what was offered to me before I made final payment so I'm still going to pass. ($378 for 1person) I won't get my money's worth on the alcohol but I can definitely see where it would be a good value for some...

I'm on the Enchanted Princess October 15th and it just opened up for me last week (42 days out). I was able to get boarding group A so fingers crossed it stays that way!

Anyone know what Taxi prices are from LGA to the Brooklyn pier? I saw $35 from a hotel 10 minutes away but I'm curious about pricing from the Airport. We did not book princess transfers as I have heard that taxi it the cheapest (over Uber) but I'm not able to confirm that.

I'm also sailing in October and curious how you were approached to upgrade to Princess plus. I booked the basic package and final payment was due the day we booked. I selected no upgrade on my cabin so maybe that's not why I'm not being asked? Just curious, if it's a good price maybe I would consider it... Thank you!

This is all great feedback as I just booked two cabins on the Riviera deck mid-forward becuase there weren't many options left! Great price so I wasn't too picky, will be prepared with Bonine.

Hi All, Anyone know if the coffee bar connected with the International Cafe has sugar free syrups? I was on the Majestic last fall and there were no sugar free options. I'm going on the Enchanted in October 22' so trying to plan ahead if I need to bring my own syrup for lattes. 😀 Thank you!
