I’m literally going to all of those islands on a Celebrity ship next week 😂

I was in Bermuda last May on the summit. It was my first time there, and I loved pretty much everything about it. Beautiful island, the people I encountered were nice and friendly, and the weather was great the days we were there. We were only there for 2 days, not 3. We kind of just winged it. Took the ferry to Hamilton which was a nice ride, and then we hopped on a bus and did the caves. It was my first time doing any sort of cave system type thing on any island and I loved it. Beautiful sights, the history was really interesting, and our guide was very nice. After that we stopped for some ice cream at Bailey’s Bay across from the Swizzle inn which was delicious, but a tad pricy. Caught the bud back to Hamilton and wandered around the city for a while. The next day we went to a couple pubs in Hamilton and had some drinks and some appetizers. Ended up doing the mini golf near the dockyard after that which our group absolutely loved. Right on the water, so beautiful views of the ocean the whole time. Very affordable too for a touristy thing right near the port. Bermuda is a great island, no doubt about it.

I sailed to Alaska on the Eclipse in 2019 and wore a nice pair of black jeans and a collared, short sleeve shirt to dinner in the MDR every night. Enjoy your trip!

What a ridiculous comment lol It’s a “first impression.” Not difficult to understand.

I’ve been on 5 Celebrity Cruises and never personally eaten dinner in the buffet, but I have gone up there a handful of times later in the evening for pizza or a snack. I’ve always had a great time in the MDR and never been dissatisfied with the food that’s served there, but it is definitely disappointing to know that if I do ever decide to do dinner in the buffet that there will be very little to choose from. So long as lunch and breakfast in the OV don’t suffer, I can live with the changes, but I’m certainly not thrilled about it.

Can anyone who’s been on/is on a cruise in the new year comment on if there’s been any changes to the buffet for breakfast/lunch? Any changes to Cafe el Baccio? Are they still keeping pizza or anything else open late in the buffet? Thanks!
