  2. Yeah I’m at the “can’t load voyage” error stage as well now. I am an “elder Millennial” that works for a tech company and the VeriFLY app has been nothing but confounding from the start. I hope they either get their stuff straight or HAL goes with another vendor in the future.
  3. Well the VeriFLY customer service is very quick to respond but each “fix” so far has created a new error. Super fun! I’ll definitely make sure to have hard copies of all our documents even if I eventually get the thing to work.
  4. Thanks! We're embarking in Seattle. HAL policy says 2 days for an antigen tests. Hopefully they're in line with the standard outlined in the Canadian policy, which I think is what was in my mind when we tested.
  5. We did our proctored antigen tests with the Abbot BinaxNOW kits, which we ordered from a link on the HAL website. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the Verifly app to accept the test results! Everything I try fails. Their website help is of course absolutely useless. Does anyone have tips on how to get that to work?
  6. We're sailing on Saturday and just took our at-home proctored antigen tests this morning (negative, yay!). But now I'm having a mild panic that maybe we took them too soon? I'm counting from today that Saturday is 2 days from now, which would be within the window. Is that right?
  7. I'm also on the Eurodam July 9th sailing and still awaiting boarding passes, which is likely because I'm also still waiting on cabin assignment. Are y'all booked into a specific cabin or on a guarantee booking?
