I am using my sisters account to post a message. I am unable to login to my account. I have tried changing my password and nothing works. It says "too many redirections". I emailed the "help email" and have gotten no response. Since there is no number to call, does anyone have any suggestions? I am going on a scandinavian cruise in June and want to be able to ask questions of people that have done the biking excursions. I also want to give feedback to others, esp about the gluten free options. I would appreciate any help! I am frustrated there is no help available.

On our recent cruise, I asked our steward for a mattress topper and after trying it, told him it was still pretty firm, so he put another one on and that did help, but have to admit it was still not like my memory foam at home!!

Thank you in advance for any information you can pass on to those of us who will be in London during such a sorrowful time. Know that we, and the world, mourn with you.
