Thank you Keith and Ter777 for your responses. I just looked at my confirmation more carefully and did find that the CS number is printed correctly next to my name. It is listed on the guest ID line after CS Code. On the old Crystal invoices name and Crystal Society number were at the top of the confirmation.

The old booking documents from Old Crystal included the Crystal Society Number. The new booking documents do not include the Crystal Society Number. Is there a spot on the online account where I can enter my Crystal Society Number? I did receive the Crystal Guest 2.5% discount. Thank you

I love Viking Cruises. I have taken one ocean in 2022 and have 1 ocean in 2023, 2 in 2024, and 1 river in 2025 booked. I would like Viking to offer lower single supplements in the DV category for ocean and and for river French Balcony D. WIth the 100% single supplement I am limited as to the number and length of cruises I can take. I would be able to take more with a lower single supplement. I cruised on Crystal for many years before they went bankrupt and I was able to take more and longer trips because they had a very low single supplement (10% when I started and 25 - 30% on my later cruises) Crystal is sailing again under new ownership and I have been looking at their itineraries. The Viking ships are beautiful, the staff provides outstanding support, the food is great, and I love having the option of a buffet for dinner especially after a long shorex excursion. I love the no butlers policy and focus on destinations. The shore excursions I took last year were the best and most informative I have ever taken. The speakers were excellent. I hope Viking will offer the option of lower single supplements so that I can take more and longer cruises. Thank you.

Thank you! Questions for Ikear when you tendered in to Dun Laoghaire, did Viking provide a shuttle to / from Dublin? If not, how did you get to and from Dublin? If you take the Viking included tour, can you stay in Dublin when it is over and take a Viking shuttle or find another way to get back to the ship on your own? London is also one of my favorite cities. I would be interested in your restaurant recommendations.

I don’t know where to post questions about Viking River Cruises. Are there hierarchies for choosing shorex same as for ocean cruises - do people with more expensive cabins get to pick shorex first on river cruises? Thank you.

If you are on a Viking pre-extension that includes sightseeing prior to transfer to the ship what happens to your luggage? Does your luggage - both checked and carry on - go with you on the sightseeing bus? What happens to the luggage if you have free time in the city prior to transfer to the ship?

Viking extensions (pre or post cruise) include services of a Viking Tour Director at the hotel to help you plan your stay. If they assist you with local travel and sightseeing information, do you tip them? If so, what guidelines do you follow as to the amount to tip? Thank you.
