  1. Cool, that's new, and useful, for me too!
  2. Hi @CTCruiser001 Would love an update on how the FASUP package is treating you, and the quality of the specialty restaurants. Your first night at Cagney's looked lovely. I'd also like to know if they've brought back any of the larger scale entertainment options to the Pearl. Enjoy your remaining time on the cruise! Feel free to update after disembarkation 🙂
  3. That's really great to know that the flexibility offered with the 30% of voucher offers more flexibility It would be really fun to try the Yacht Club option. With 30% off, the amenities offered in the YC can't be beat (I would think). Unfortunately, they still only allow you to use the voucher on cruises sailing from miami and port canaveral.
  4. While that's not the answer I was hoping to hear, it makes sense. Thank you very much for sharing your experiences.
  5. Hello all. I've been learning more about MSC, and hoping to eventually book a free cruise through MyVegas. I've seen that a lot of people have been able to book better rooms and options than what's stipulated in the T&C. Has anyone either tried, or been able to book a different cruise other than the one they purchased through the voucher? Have you been able to either sail at a different date, or on a different ship from a different embarkation port? The 30% discount voucher also states that it's only on ships leaving from port Canaveral and Miami. Has anyone tried to apply this discount to ships leaving from any other port? MSC has ships leaving from the Northeast, where I'm located, and it would be amazing to not have to tack on airfare and a hotel to a "free" cruise. Thanks!
  6. It's the Free At Sea Plus package. It's not advertised on the NCL website or app. You have to call to add it to your booking. I don't know if it's been verified whether it can be added onboard. Hopefully this will link to the CC thread on the upgrade package: https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2865913-ncl-introduces-new-free-at-sea-plus-packages/?do=getNewComment
  7. In order to get the AmEx perks, my understanding is that the booking needs to be done with a platinum card (correct me if I'm wrong). Does the booking also have to be done through the AmEx travel portal? Does AmEx act as the TA? Can it be booked directly through NCL? Any way to retroactively add the perks if it wasn't booked with the platinum, but the person who booked the cruise has the platinum card?
  8. We have a cruise booked on the Pearl for next summer. Living vicariously through these posts for now. We also upgraded to the Free at Sea Plus package, and are looking forward to your reports!!! Love the pictures so far 🙂
