Does anyone have any photos of the pontoon bridge at Portofino? I’m trying to determine accessibility.

I hear mixed things about accessibility at Portofino. I’ll be on Celebrity Edge and they do have roll-on access for the tender but said there is a pontoon bridge at the port itself. I was wondering if anyone has photos of this or information about if it has railings. They said that you can walk it, which is doable in this case, but I would need support.

I was searching everywhere for where to add it and it turns out it’s near the bottom of the dashboard page, not the voyage detail page. I think there was some issue where it wasn’t loading the full page at times.

Just wanted to share my experience as of August 2022 with the Retreat Privilege Package. I asked about a lower price on port days and the rep said that isn't offered. He sort of made it sound like it might be offered on non-revolutionized ships (and they consider all Edge series to be revolutionized even though they were built that way) but I forgot to clarify since it wouldn't affect my Beyond reservation. It's also a no-go to only pay for it for a few days of a cruise. It seems like a good compromise would be to give you a reduced cover charge for specialty dining outside of Luminae if you buy this upgrade or maybe some arbitrary OBC to use toward shore excursions on port days.

I just learned it's $99 per person per day. The person I talked to called it "The Retreat Privilege Package." It includes priority embarkation, access to the lounge and sundeck, Luminae and reserved seating on evening chic neats in the theater (at least on Beyond). The agent didn't tell me about a lower price on port days but that's something to check on because Luminae doesn't serve lunch. I also might check to see if there are some days I can just not pay it and not use the facilities those days. It notably does not include the premium wifi, prepaid tips or drink packages (though some of those are available in other fares). No butler service either.

I've noticed it's EXTREMELY touchy. What seems to work best is to log out completely of the site or, even better, clear all your cookies for celebritycruises.com. Then, log back in fresh. Start your reservation as normal and then once you get the credit card page, click the "X" logo as indicated. When I tried doing two, the second one failed until after I did all of those steps again.
