  1. I’m having the same issue, however if I log onto the Princess website I can see my booking. It must be a fault with the app.
  2. I’ve looked all over the app and can’t find what days will be formal night. I know there are two formal nights during this cruise which is 8 nights. Usually the first would be the first sea day and the second would be the penultimate night but in this case we’re in Stavanger on the penultimate night. We don’t leave Stavanger until 5pm. There are no more sea days except the final night. Does anyone know where I could find the information?
  3. We’ve been waiting for November 2025 prices to come out for Caribbean had such a lovely time last year and enjoyed premium economy. Such a shame they did this huge mistake we will now not be booking our 2025 fly cruise with them.
  4. This happened to us in 2021 on Iona. We booked 2 years in advance chose our cabin. 3 weeks before departure P&O emailed to say ‘due to health ….’ We’ve had to move you from mid ship Deluxe Balcony but have upgraded you to a Junior Suite even though you chose not to upgrade. You’ve guessed it the junior suite was on deck 8 - promenade towards the front of the ship. We phoned and complained they told us the ship was full to either take the upgrade or cancel for full refund. We chose to cancel as we wanted privacy and sea views. About 45 mins later I receive a call from P&O saying they have a mid ship deluxe balcony on a slightly higher deck would we like it? They said that they found some cabins hadn’t been allocated and when they enquired with higher up management we’re told they were being held for ‘upgrades’ So in other words the ship was not full, they were holding back cabins to upgrade other passengers and were willing for us to cancel our holiday. We were fuming but in the end we took the higher floor mid deluxe cabin, the balcony was not as big as the one we had chosen but at least it was high mid ship and not on the promenade.
  5. Update for you. I phoned P&O for clarity. If you have a middle name you need to inform P&O of it, to do this you need to call them. The online checkin passport section will only show your first name not middle name but that isn’t a problem as long as they’ve been informed of your middle name and they have it on record. Hope this helps anyone else who’s in the same situation.
  6. When I received the flight confirmation it said that all names including middle names should be on documentation. In my case it was missing my middle name so I called P&O who then changed my booking to reflect this. Today I’m trying to check in online but when it pulls up my passport info it only shows my first and last name. In the first name section it says ‘All givens names as per documentation’ - has anyone else had this issue? I don’t want to be declined boarding flight because of this.

    No notification re select seats. We received a couple of weeks ago an air notification email and decided we’d try to log in daily. We finally got into it a couple of days ago but were unable to select seats. We’d read somewhere on this forum that they appear just after midnight so decided to give it a try once we were able to log in. It’s 49 days until our flight.

    I’ve just managed to book my seats for early November both outbound and inbound they appeared on the system just after midnight.
