I was able to rebook to a future cruise after my dad has a stroke the week before. I was on hold a very long time but the agent got the penalty fee removed for both cabins (I didn’t ask she was proactive) She did have to escalate though. I was very thankful and my dad and I will be cruising in May

I called and was able to reschedule for April.

Looks like a name change is allowed, but I will call and see what I can do.

Hello looking for advice before the call to MSC. My dad and I were set to sail on the 18th on the meraviglia. He had a stroke yesterday. Looks like it’s a 100% penalty . I didn’t get insurance (bad choice I know) Any chance I can get a credit? or try to sell the 2 cabins privately ? Yacht Club w 500 on board credits. Thank you for any advice.

My dad and I both have solo YC cabins on the meraviglia for Dec 18th. Our cabins came with $500 each for OBC on a 5 night cruise. We will book massages, not sure if speciality dining would be worth it as we are in YC. Tips for great uses of OBC? 500 seems like a ton when so much is already included:)
