  1. Thank you! I plan to be there just before I head to dinner.
  2. I will be joining you on this one. Arrived at the Doubletree San Pedro this evening. Ready to get started!!
  3. Once onboard, head to one of the specialty restaurants with a plan. They can make all your reservations there. Be flexible though because sometimes certain venues are closed for private events or not open for lunch, etc. I had all my plans written down and just amended my list as we went. It helped to know key times each day for all aboard or shows I was trying to make.
  4. A quick google search revealed a great walk through video of this type of cabin on Odyssey. I can’t tell exactly which room it is but it shows the balcony along the bump out and where the life boats are. You may be able to use what you know of your particular room to make a decision based on what you see there. I hope this helps.
  5. Thanks Disneymama18 for the heads up. I just checked and ours is now available at the same price. Interestingly, the day bed we booked is now $100 more than we spent. I guess we’ll keep an eye on the price and hope for a sale.
  6. Brilliance has a separate Cinema that other ships don’t seem to have. Movies play throughout each day. They also occasionally offered a movie in the Pacifica Theater as well as on the pool deck. Schedules and movies played vary by sailing. Your best bet would probably be to check the current sailing’s schedule on the app.
  7. Brilliance has a “Book Nook” off the Centrum on deck 9. We saw it was there but didn’t explore more than that on our recent trip.
  8. I googled and found cruise mapper. Tons of info available.
  9. It is a reserved bed that has privacy/shade curtains, loungers and a cooler stocked with water bottles. Being that we are going to be there on a day with more than one ship, we prefer to have a spot reserved or the Beach Club with limited access.
  10. Napping on board is the best! Gotta rest up so I can enjoy the nightlife.
  11. We are booked on our first cruise that includes CocoCay in October 2024. We see many other excursions/experiences listed for that port, but no beach club access listing. Is it too early? If so, when can you usually purchase access? We are trying to weigh the price difference between a day bed and the club. I know the pricing is dynamic, so I was hoping that earlier booking might be better than later.
