Hi first time on a cruise and have booked an msc cruise from Southampton in April and have a few questions 1, in a bella room but got premium plus drinks package so would room service be free or would I have to pay for delivery and per item. 2, on embarkation day how strict are they on time of check in say we have a time of 10am but get there later would that be okay?
