I just came off the Apex this past Saturday. My husband and I were initially assigned the 8:30 dining time in Cyprus. Upon boarding we went to speak to someone at the restaurant and they released us into Anytime dining. It seems like there is still the standard early and late seating but you can ask to change once onboard.

Thanks for the heads up! I had been waiting to book my upgrade and did so yesterday using the Elite discount only to see a price drop today! I have cancelled and re-booked!

Which cabin is this? We are sailing on the apex in February in the same cabin type, a first for us!

I ended up upgrading to AI as it as cheaper in the end with my tips being included and I will use the OBC from celebrity to upgrade to premium onboard! Not impressed with customer service though. Was promised calls back by 2 separate people and got a call back from 1 days later who said I couldn’t get the premium package cause I already had classic… except I only did that AFTER no one called me back lol. Wasn’t smart enough to see that was added after my complaint phone call 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Is this the package that comes with AI or did you purchase this WiFi package on your own?

Clearly I'm a glutton for punishment and decided to call X again. The CC line is telling me that the base package is still 109pp/day and quoting me 91pp/day with the 15% elite discount. When I ask them why the base price is showing as 149 and the discounted rate is 73.99, they're telling me they can't even see that price on their end and that I should just book it online on my own without their assistance...lol

I'm kicking myself for not jumping on it yesterday but the sale was advertised for 6 days so I didn't think they would be cranking the prices up not even 24 hrs later lol I set sail a week today so my sailing is most definitely eligible

Anyone onboard right now able to check what they are currently charging for the drink packages? Since it now says "$149 on board", I'm curious to know if the prices are actually being changed on the ships or just online for those attempting to take advantage of their "sale"

Have you made any phone calls? Debating whether it's worth it to attempt to speak to someone through the Captain's Club

I know. Originally they were going to give me the difference in price from yesterday to today in onboard credit to allow me to book at essentially yesterday's price, minus the change in gratuities from the 53.99/pp to 73.99/pp which was about $72. But then the agent came back and said they suddenly couldn't do that because it's an IT issue. Which makes zero sense because whether it's an IT issue or not I would be paying yesterday's price lol. Anyways I will keep checking and if it goes back down I will purchase it but if not they aren't getting my money at the current rate!

Ok a little update! After being on the phone for an hour, they are now claiming this is an IT issue that is suddenly causing the prices to be higher. They have escalated the situation and it will hopefully be resolved. Not sure how much I believe this but I will keep an eye out over the next few days...

I have the same feeling. It's very disappointing! The prices were already crazy at full price, this "new" base price is totally insane! I would never have paid the full price but the 50% off made it more enticing. Our cruise is very port intensive so they are going to be making money off us anyways as we surely won't be using it to its full potential but this is definitely leaving a bad taste in my mouth!

Ya I'm waiting for that comment lol. I will post if I have any sort of resolution to this! I told them they should be expecting more calls as there are going to be a lot of people that are upset about this

I'm currently on the phone with X and they are trying to tell me that yesterday was a special sale despite the fact that this "sale" is ongoing until the 30th... I've told them the price of the beverage packages has been the same since I booked my cruise back in Feb and it's very obvious that the base price has been increased just to accommodate this "sale". Not impressed

This is so frustrating! I was planning on booking the premium package today but won’t be now at this price! Not a good way to do business to suddenly raise the base price 😡

Question about this breakfast and the CC HH. I am an elite member but my husband is sailing with X for his first time. Will he be able to enjoy these benefits with me? Or will I have to go on my own? If that is the case, can I order more than 1 drink at a time and give them to him or will they be watching me like a hawk?
