I do wonder if I still have to show up at 1pm to Embark? Or now YC is on the ticket I can show up whenever? (Unsure the earliest time?)

We sail Sunday. Offer accepted yesterday to YC. Online booking info showed YC Room on the ticket but no experience. I emailed MSC support clearly explaining with a screen snip asking them to update it. And today I see they have added the YC Benefits part on the right under experiences. The only thing they didnt change is highlighted in yellow on my attachment on here which says Bella Experience. Ive sent another mail seeing if that needs to change but doubt it. Send emails and get it in writing.

Because people in yc interiors might upgrade their cabin :)

It seems they dont accept offers on emptier ships until 3-5 days before sailing. id stick with ur comfy spot and hold fire till the end.

I rebid this morning (£200 less than my original bid) in fear of FOMO. I just had a congrats email for upgrade to YC. This is 4 days to sailing.

Its sad that I have the MSC Customer support on emails saying the opposite. They are so confusing sometimes! Thanks

4 Days out, ours was on Superb for 2 months. Ive now cancelled the offer. (Web showing 15 rooms for sale still)

Really appreciate your help. My question to them was if I purchased a drinks package then got upgraded to yc would I get a refund. I don't suppose you have any educated guesses on this matter as this CS seems useless!

Nice one! I had the below email from msc regarding upgrading to YC so I'm a little confused. Good Afternoon Thank you for your email. In regards to the upgrade , If you do get upgraded to Yacht club cabins it will only be an upgrade of the room and not the full experience. Therefore a drink package will not be included. Unfortunately I think the drinks pre paid options for us close 3 days prior also 🙂 And then the worry if your offer will get sent through in good time to MSC before you sail.

Same position as you RBrowny. Didnt want to put drinks package bids in, incase our YC Upgrade offer was accepted (booking manually shows over 15+ rooms still available) . Im now concerned its running too close to sailing date (Sunday) and that they will not be notified in good time upgrade was accepted and have the same horror issues that others have had. Tempted to remove the offers.

Hi Guys, My parents are on a world cruise on the Arcadia just off of NZ at the moment. Its almost 7am on the 15th out there which is the morning of their anniversary. They have had quite a few ports called off and today my dad had plans for my mum at their destination. Ive been advised its a reduced day and his trips have been cancled. Is there a way I can get in contact with the ship to pay/order some fizz to their room or something along those lines ? Thanks
