  1. Yes they will fit for sure! It’s a true king size bed and the whole underneath is usable!
  2. Just off the Prima April 1st, ask away! We were in 11918, a regular haven suite. Our 2 giant hard body suitcases fit under the bed just fine. Doors under the bed open. We actually found more storage under the bed when we were packing up to leave. Plenty of clothes storage. I believe there were 3 large drawers under the tv. Another set of drawers in the closet. Tons of hangers and hang space as well. I would bring an over the door shoe holder for the bathroom if you have a lot of toiletries, we did and this came in very handy. Walls in the haven are not metal, so magnets will not work for extra hang space. Did not need the outlet strip I brought, plenty of outlets/usb too. Bathroom does not have a US outlet for hairdryer/curling iron. Had to do this by the desk next to the bathroom. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was also very large for a cruise ship. You will love it! Enjoy!
  3. So much good information, thank you! Sailing Prima next Tuesday out of NYC. My edocs said boarding begins at 12pm. My check in time is 12-12:30pm. Boat is repostioning from Florida. I would like to go early, but wondering if there is any point to it. Will they really not start "official" boarding until 12pm? Seems like a waste of a morning. Also, Haven...if that even matters!
  4. A couple more questions, sailing Prima March 28th, 5 night to Bermuda. The way I understand Freestyle Dining, I received (1) specialty dinner when I booked. I did upgrade to the Free at Sea Plus package. I think I received (2) additional specialty dinners for a total of (3) FREE choices? I have booked my dinner reservations, (4) specialty restaurants total. They all showed up in my cart as $0 at checkout. No money due at checkout, reservations are showing in my summary. Question.....am I going to get charged for one of these reservations once onboard. Seems like I should. I am in the Haven, so I have no problem cancelling one or even 2 of these reservations. Also, if you had to choose the (3) I have coming, which would you choose on the Prima? They all sound amazing!!
  5. Thank you, thank you for all of this!! I think I will arrive at the terminal at 10am. Would love to explore, take pictures and have lunch. Can't wait to see Lady Liberty on the sail away! I have already read your Bermuda sailing post! I have been addicted to these boards for a month now. Probably too much information and too many negative posts about the Prima, but I can look past most of that. Just so many questions that seem to have conflicting answers. I do have a couple more Prima questions, but I will take those to the appropriate board for answers! Look forward to your response!
  6. Thank you all for your knowledge. Haven't cruised for many years so I do feel like a first timer. We are sailing Prima March 28th. Completed online check in. My documents say boarding begins at 12pm and I do have a 12pm check in time. Staying in New York overnight and wanted to arrive at the terminal between 10:30/11:00am. We are staying in a Haven suite. Can I arrive early or is it pointless? I have read so many posts about people at the terminal at 9am, but don't see a point if you can't get on the ship. Any clarity on this would be helpful.
