Has anyone else had trouble renewing your passport? Our cruise buddies for our May 14th cruise on the Glory out of New Orleans, has been waiting 8 weeks so far for his Passport Renewal, and nothing yet! Starting to get worried!

First time on Carnival in a few years! We will be on Glory in my. I understand that you have to download a Carnival app. How does that work? I didn't plan on buying a wifi package. I try to leave my phone off unless we are in port!Thank you!

We are sailing in may on Carnival out of New Orleans. Is Cozumel safe enough to grab a taxi on your own and go to Chankanaab for the day?Or do you suggest a tour from the cruise ship?
