I am new at the Meta but I went from an O4 ocean view and they put me in a BF (priva sun) enclosed balcony on floor 8 in front. They said there were only 4 rooms available and we don’t cruise until Jan 2024. I find that hard to believe and don’t understand what would have been compatible to O4. I would like to see a list of meta. We used 30k points to upgrade.

I originally booked an inside O4 meta room on Norwegian Gem then used 30k points to upgrade to a balcony and the rep said there were only 4 room available, all with privasea views or partially enclosed balconies. My category now says OF-BF. Where can I find a list of category metas? I went online to act like I was booking another cruise and there are plenty of 4 person balcony rooms available. We are now in room 8536.
