Wow! A one week free cruise due to security clearance issues?!

Thanks for the info. I tried calling and was successful [maybe Canadian call centre was better trained?!]. Despite not knowing the 'credit card' that RSSC used [😁], nor when they paid for the ticket, luckily my Air Canada Aeroplan frequent flyer # was on file [thanks RSSC Air Dept!] and I got the numbers. Learned that they had changed our seat assignment. 57 days to go until departure!!

They want both.

Getting closer to our November 25th cruise. It also now appears that RSSC has paid for the tickets as I can access more info on the airlines' sites. However, Turkish Airlines is looking for the specific 'e ticket number' for each of the passengers. Is this something that will come eventually from the Air Dept. or should I call them and request it? Thanks folks!

A quick question on the afternoon canapes...What are the selctions [if any] available for the canapes? Thanks!

Your best bet is to go to the second topic in this grouping and search for anyone who might have had that particular cabon.

Not the case with all cruise lines. In particular, our upcoming cruise on Regent that is not the case. Best to check beforehand!

The program seems to have extreme difficulty in reviewing the appropriateness of the passport photo. It either says it’s unacceptable or the progress metre just keeps spinning. If I ever do get successful at that, which happens occasionally, once the whole thing is completed and filled out and it’s entirety again I have to keep resubmitting it over and over again. I’ve tried both chrome and safari.

Looking for any tips you may have. Also trying my best. Tried on desktop, laptop, different phones all to no avail. Used the services of an outside company for DW and it is over $200 to do it with them but not even confident its going to work!

Curious about booking codes. I thought "P" was for Premium Economy. Is "P" specific to United and denotes Biz class?

Newbie to Regent here. Curious as to why you ask the question. Is s/he someone a traveler should seek out? Have only been on bigger cruises where it would be impossible to find/seek out such a crew member!

Hey Bryan. Maybe we should discuss this in person![our winter home is in Naples] We are departing on a cruise this November from Bangkok to Bali. I paid the deviation fee up front which i felt was worth the minimal price in the grand scheme of things. Once I booked the cruise, I began my air travel investigations. Got some great advice by many who all suggested working out some 'sample' itineraries prior to airline booking time through the ITA Matrix site. At the appropriate time I called Regent Air with my top 3 air travel picks and got a great flight schedule with all the flights I wanted. Key was to get on it as early as possible and to be flexible. It appears that you are quite a ways out so lots of things can change.

Hi Bryan. Again, what are you asking? Is the $6000 the value being given if you arrange your own flights? Are you looking at the pre cruise or the post cruise? A rough look at flights [J class] to and from those locations to/from RSW would be ~$8000 p.p. Most people have great perspectives on advice but you have to be clear on exactly what you are looking for!

In order to get a better perspective, please provide more details.

I have done my research on ITA lounge for Turkish Airlines. There are trolleys scattered throughout the lounge with full range of spirits. Salut!

Set my timer for our Explorer Overnights and Asian Wonders @20:00 EDT. Although it appears that the system times out due to simultaneous traffic, once you keep at it - viola! 3 out of 3 booked at requested times and dates. Another great experience with RSSC!

Great info FlyerTalker! Checked it all out. Its too bad I didn't schedule flights to take into account their stopover program. Also, although it couldn't be helped, sadly the 8 different tour programs will not fit into our arrival/departure times. I guess its longe/airport for us! It will be nice to shower and change clothes - i assume there is plenty of supply given the time we have there.

Thanks very much. I thought the stopover program was only for connections greater than 20 hours.

Good day. Will be connecting through Istanbul airport on a flight from Toronto to Bangkok this November. Assuming flights are all on time (!), we will have 6 hours to kill. Planned arrival time is 15:40 with departure time @21:55. As we are flying business class on both segments, we have access to Turkish Air lounge. Notwithstanding the lounge amenities, I understand that the airport is quite the experience. Looking for travelers' suggestions as to how best to spend our time there and/or in business lounge. Thanks in advance!
