  1. I understand some people have gotten reimbursed by credit card transactions. Has anyone had a bank come to the rescue when the cruise was purchased with a bank transfer?
  2. In a Ponzi scheme, don’t they take from the old and give to the new? Or is it take from the new and give to the old? In this vantage scheme, they take from the old, and they take from the new, and they give nothing back to anyone. They keep it all for themselves. So what would you call that? I call it theft. And this is really a terrible thing, and it changes the way you look at the world, and you don’t trust anyone anymore.
  3. Jazzbeau, with all due respect, I get it. BUT We have lost life savings. HE took our money, gave us nothing in return for it, and now refuses to give it back to us. I just can’t STAND it.
  4. This is absolutely sickening. He closes down the business, and goes on with his merry life. He doesn’t care about us. To him, it’s just business. And every day that goes by it makes me even sicker. We are OLD, 79 years old, and will never spread able to recover from this loss.
  5. AG's in other states keep referring us back to the Massachusetts AG. This is perplexing, frustrating, and just plain sickening that nobody is helping us. All they will say is to file a complaint, which we have done, and someone will get back to us if there is any information to share. And all we hear is dead silence.
  6. The Massachusetts AG's office has known about this situation for a very long time. Why are they doing nothing? Allowing vantage to keep booking cruises and taking money from innocent unsuspecting people up until they turned off the lights is as bad as it gets. Imagine being someone who knew nothing about the vantage shenanigans and booking and paying for a cruise YESTERDAY.

  11. Vantage is blaming this data breach in refunds not coming through. Does anyone actually believe they had a data breach? Does anyone really believe they are negotiations to sell the company? I do not. I think they are just stalling. They have something that belongs to me, my hard earned money. AND, Their customer service people need some customer service training.
  12. Corporate phone lines are dead. RED FLAG anyone?
