This thread got me all worked up as I think about our upcoming Sky Suite cruise departing in 2 1/2 weeks. We are celebrating a family birthday while on board and I assumed I could work with the butler upon arrival to plan a cake etc. So in light of this butler nonsense, I decided to call shoreside Retreat desk this morning to arrange it and was given an estimated 40 minute hold time to speak with someone! Wow. so much for that.

I'm sailing on Beyond in August and can't see where to make reservations for Le Voyage on the app. Does this mean it is sold out? As a retreat guest, should I be able to make a reservation via the concierge upon boarding or are we screwed and need to stalk the app looking for cancellations?

Can anyone who's been on the Getaway lately confirm whether or not there are sun loungers around the Haven pool? Although the website photos show them, several of the more recent youtube tours I've viewed only show tables and chairs set up for dining out there. This is and issue for us because we are traveling with our kids who aren't allowed in the upstairs sundeck section. Thanks so much!!!!
