I think they are called heated ceramic loungers and on splendor they were in the shared area of the spa.

I have a tumor in my spine and they are a life saver keeping me mobile. I thought Splendor had them, I am hoping Grandeur does as well.

Are there heated loungers in the spa?

Since it is close to the pier, I may just inform the Regent rep at the hotel that I am going to take a taxi over (so they do not wait on me causing a delay for the group). Hope the weather clears for you.

Thank you all, sure appreciate everyone's insight. Getting on the 21st and I was/am also a Celebrity cruiser. I tried Seabourn last October and it was very nice, looking forward to trying Regent. Hopefully discussing the glitches with F & B will help resolve the inconsistencies. Wish you all safe and enjoyable travels!

Some of us first-time Regent guests have been contemplating what to wear on such a spectacular ship, during the holiday season. The most recent was thoughts on during the day - this was a good visual example from the 2022 Panama Canal holiday cruise, and it happened to be at afternoon tea.

Resort-style outfits include shorts/slacks and collared shirts for men, and blouses, slacks/shorts or day dresses for women. Shorts and jeans may be worn on excursions and during the day, but are not appropriate after 6:00 pm. (I have jeans for excursions and capri and t-shirt dress for around the ship).

Country Club casual (resort-style attire) is appropriate for daytime on board, including shorts. I think the theme is always neat and clean, but other than that, during the day should be fairly laid back.

Yes indeed! Did you mention you had been on Mariner? I used my credit for the 14-night holiday Miami to Miami in 2025. I too enjoy getting away from the holiday crowds in Florida, LOL.
