Is Seabourn offering a "token" to make up for the loss of the specialty restaurant? Seems to me that we are paying for something that can not be provided. I really would have liked the courtesy of being told this was going to happen. It has to have been planned for some time. With prior knowledge I could have made an informed choice.

So, new chef, new menu. That's great. The timing is vaguely worded. It's being rolled out on the Quest in Jan. 2024. That's a 31 day window. We board the Quest on Jan 4. I'd like to know that the changes will occur before then and not in the middle of my cruise. I also feel some warning could have been given. I might have considered delaying my trip had I known.
