I was amazed on our first cruise the number of people who never got off the boat.

Thanks for the help. Liked just getting a taxi on only other cruise. More freedom and less waiting.

Will be in several ports end of August early September. Anyone have any stories of going out and catching some fish on their own? We just went on our first cruise in the Eastern Caribbean and I caught fish at all six ports. Thanks for any help

Looking for ideas for things to do on our Alaskan cruise out of San Francisco on August 26th. What are some of the things you've done on your own? The price for excursions seem very high. Like to fish, hike, historical things. food, and anything with some views. Only our second cruise. Thanks

Getting into town at 3pm,Jan 4th the day before. Looking to get a room but where? Last year stayed at a Kimpton for a 2 night stay. Many reviews have mentioned Hilton Riverside. Not that concerned about walking to the port. Looking for an evening of some good food and some music. Thanks for any help

Things went fine and now at the hotel pool waiting for our evening flight. Thanks for all your help

For 40 dollars we don’t have a room but a changing room,pool , and transportation to the airport.

Have talked to guest services and have decided to keep our 2 bags and walk off. We can still walk just fine and can handle 1 full size and 1 carry on bag. Our room is close to the elevator. We can check out from 6:15 to 8:30. Thinking of having an early breakfast then getting an Uber or taxi to our resort pass hotel which is 3 miles away. Thanks for all your help

Have an assigned time where we’d leave one bag out the night before leave @ 8:05. Thinking of doing self walk off. We can take care of our 2 roller bags and don’t have any problem walking. We are going to a hotel through resort pass because we don’t leave till 7:45. Am I over thinking this? Thanks for any help

Had a best of St Maarten tour that was cancelled. Got in line at 12:50 and at 1:25 was told it was cancelled and it wasn't Princess's fault. We were told go get a taxi and do something else. We will get a refund. Hope our tour doesn't get cancelled tomorrow. I can be a micro manager and booked excursions through Princess to relax more. Oh well....

Thanks Uber was the plan. Ship doesn't start boarding until 12 pm. When to show up at the terminal? Doing nothing at the hotel and wondered when to get to the terminal. Do we get there at 11 ?

Princess cruise lines and the ship is the Enchantment leaving from port everglades

In Ft Lauderdal at the 4 Point Sheraton. Not sure at all when to go to the ship. Thinking of taking an Uber or 15 dollars a person using hotel shuttle. Thanks again for your help
