  2. I can use my Iphone but my wife can't use her Ipad either. Only website I have a problem with.
  3. The Princess website is the only one doing this to me. It works on my phone but I like using my laptop much better. First world problem.

  6. All new to me. It was showing that I could bid on upgraded cabins. Have booked a couple of excursions. So use to DIY when we travel.
  7. When you put a bid on different types of cabins. I was maybe going to bid on 3 different levels of upgraded cabins. How does that work? You just take the first accepted bid or can you wait to see what happens on the other bids? Thanks

  9. Me again. Sorry Only have an interior cabin for our first cruise on the 7th out of FLL. Learning about bidding for an upgrade. Any suggestions for our 10 day cruise in the eastern Caribbean. Thanks
  10. Once again we have never been on a cruise and this site has been great. On this cruise are there some ports where excursions aren't necessary and what are some of your favorite ones to take. Very broad question I know. I like snorkeling,fishing ,food, and history. My wife loves sitting on beaches, food, and shopping. When we travel we rarely take tours but explore on our own. Thanks for any insights. Watch lots of you tube videos!!!

  12. The reason I couldn't have them shipped was we hadn't added our photos. Thanks for all the help. Now I'll start watching a million youtube videos about our Enchanted 10 day Eastern Carib out of FLL on March 6th. Any help with the trip would be great. Wish my wife was the trip planner. Never wanted to go on a cruise but she wanted to. So here we go! Thank you, this is a great forum.

  14. I have a smart phone. When I order the Medallions on the app or logging in on my computer or when calling customer care it doesn't give the option to ship. Again 31 days out. I'll check our UPS address. Thanks for every ones help.
  15. Their site said you had to order at least 13 days priory. I'm at 31. Maybe not having it when you board is no big deal. Just read it would speed things along.
  16. Tried on the computer,on the app, and called but they won't ship them. We are 31 days out. What am I doing wrong? I know I live in Nebraska but we do have UPS,FedX,etc... Thanks for any help
  17. Called again and can't get an answer why they can't ship the medallions. Sounded like it would save us some time. We're 31 days out.
  18. Just called 1800 774 6237 to talk to a real person about our first cruise ever starting March 6th. It was hard to understand the person I was talking too and there was a tremendous amount of other people talking in the back round. Is there another number? Tried to order the madallians but was told can't ship them to my address in Nebraska. First time ever that has happened. We do have UPS etc.. even here. Have tried to cover all the bases on their site but wanted someone to look things over. Thanks for any ones help
