Cairns: How to do the Skyrail/train combo if arriving by ship?

We have already booked this for our January cruise. Going up Skyrail and train down. We have two days in port, so no worries about missing the ship. Can I get more info on your private transport? What is the cost for a car? Do you contact her once you get a tender? We don’t have priority but are early risers so will be in line as early as possible for tickets. I
