  1. In the Know/ Known is their hotel loyalty program.
  2. So I'm a Delta brat and pretty much the only thing we keep track of are our SkyMiles and the miles we earn on our Barclay travel credit card that we use to take credits against travel expenses. But seeing the Virgin Voyages offers bouncing around about redeeming Virgin Red points for cruises got me intrigued. Whew, that was a lot more complicated than I thought it should be. I created a Virgin Red account and thought I was done, but digging in I apparently had to create a Virgin Atlantic loyalty account (I was pleased to see I can earn those miles by flying on Delta and it was easy to add the Virgin Atlantic member number to my Delta SkyMiles account) and an In the Know account (we already had some nights booked at Virgin Las Vegas in the Fall, so I canceled that reservation and rebooked it with my new "Known" account number which got me a discount and also earns me loyalty points). Then I had to connect the Virgin Atlantic and Known accounts to my Red account. I'm sure there's possibly some privacy concern thing, or maybe they developed these programs independently and linking them was an afterthought, but I was surprised there isn't a single login and a single app I can use to view/earn/and spend all of this. Open to any tips for those of you trying to capitalize on loyalty to Virgin!
  3. This question is for those of you who have sailed the other Lady Ships. I see they're all pretty much identical, but that there are some spots on the ships that are underutilized (all from research and watching YouTube, I've not yet sailed Virgin but have two booked). I just watched @cruisingwalter 's first VV review on YouTube and thought his comments on what they could change to make the ships better were interesting. Given that Brilliant Lady has been so delayed, and appears like she's just going to be hanging in Cyprus or elsewhere for another 18 months, I'm curious what things would folks like to see different on Brilliant Lady compared to the other ships? Or for that matter what changes they'd like to see as each of the first three roll through dry dock in the next few years. Also curious if it will still be possible to circumnavigate the exterior of the ship on Deck 7 on BL with the tighter life boat placement that they have acknowledged due to the Panama Canal dimensions. Anyone know?
  4. Looks like Alejandro greeting you as you board! I love his insta and youtube!
  5. Ooh, what a great idea! We're splurging for MRS for our cruise next year and I'd love to do this if we ever get the opportunity!
