I am trying to solve the same issue: will be disembarking in Trieste from a cruise ship, then going to Centauro hotel in Venice. Flying out of Venice the next day. Will handle luggage easily, so, walking is not a problem. Lookig for reccomedations for reasonably triced transportation options from Trieste to Venice (Centauro) and from Venice (Centauro) to the Airport. Wouldn't mind to look into something scenic or something that includes a tour in Venice.
