We prefer Celebrity over Princess and Carnival. We have sailed all three several times. We will be on Equinox in 25 days. Be sure and visit the Sunset Bar. The "S" class ships are the best.

Lago Mar, right on the beach, will allow you if you are an early riser to see your ship sail in the day of the sailing. Just 2 miles from Port Everglades.

Celebrity finally called me back. The representative said the trial of TDBB was stopped on Equinox because "uhhh, it did not go over very well". Looking forward to our cruise next week with no $10 hot dogs, lol.

We are joining ship in Miami on July 16th, first ever cruise and really looking forward to it. We have a Classic drinks package but do we need to upgrade?

 

Know you said you aren't doing trips but which of them would you recommend from previous cruises.

When we ate in Tuscan on the Summit to NE/CA, our steaks were way over cooked even though we ordered them MR. Good thing we didn't get the prime dry aged. That was our last time we tried that restaurant.

If your steak was not served as ordered you should have politely requested that it be replaced. One of the best qualities of a good server is to "observe".
