Hopefully Carnival will confirm soon...

Even Wikipedia reports the Carnival Inspiration has been "sold to be scrapped in Aliaga"

I have cruised on this ship 25 times and last sailed on 2/28/20 to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday.

We will miss the Inspiration...

Veggie or vegan - does not matter to me. Yes, we have been going almost every month (sometimes twice a month).

Prior to the news back in 9/18, I could get a veggie burger at Guy's.

On my 10/26/18 cruise, I was told to now go to the Deli to get a veggie burger. 

Since that time, I have been on eighteen (18) Carnival cruises and have had to go to the Deli to get a veggie burger. (Inspiration x 12, Vista x 2, Horizon x 1, Legend x 1, Miracle x 1, Panorama x 1) - yes, I have a cruising addiction 🙂

They are not store bought garden burgers. The vegetarian burger on Carnival is a (Black Bean Burger). More specifically, the plant-based burgers are made from whole and mashed black beans, brown rice, roasted pumpkin, cauliflower, and mushrooms, tofu, onion, and savory spices. And as the others have stated, can be found at the deli.

The news was wrong.  Guys does not serve vegan or veggie burgers.

They always would tell me, "give us 10 minutes", but they did not send me to the deli and they did not cook it on the same grill as the meat burgers.  Maybe they went to the deli for me.  Not sure. They are better than the Gardenburgers I get at the grocery store. 

Unfortunately, I believe they moved veggie burgers from Guy's to the Deli back in late 2018...

We have enjoyed sailing on the Spirit class ships over the years.  We like the location of the Steakhouse and the layout of the ship.

I would like to see them replace the Fantasy class ships; however, I don't see this happening anytime soon.

Carnival only has two new ships on order -  the new Mardi Gras for 2020 and sister ship in 2022.

Do you think Carnival will ever add any of their specialty restaurants to the Fantasy class ships?

I have sailed on the Carnival Inspiration many times (port is close to home) and would like to see them add one (i.e. Steakhouse, Cucina del Capitano, Bonsai Teppanyaki)

(only current option is Chef's Table)

I think there is room to accomplish this (i.e. move the nightclub to the main showroom or use the Lounge space (Avante Garde on Inspiration), etc)

I believe the parking structure is only closed for Imagination cruises.

I sailed on 1/10/20 (Inspiration) and parked in the parking structure...

I have been a rule follower and have been faxing (efax) my shareholder OBC requests.  They usually get back to me within 2-3 business days (via e-mail).

I reached out to Guest admin a couple of days ago asking them about emailing.  Here is their response:

Rumor has it they are creating a level above Diamond - 400 days +

I could see them adding a level between Platinum (75) and Diamond (200).

Rumor has it that the new loyalty program will be announced at the end of the month....

My guess would be the first year?

Got off the Inspiration today and my D/P gift was the luggage tag...

Parked in the parking structure today 1/10/20 and I could not believe how empty it was at 11am.  Must be because of the Imagination cruisers not be able to park...  Nice for Panorama/ Inspiration cruisers!

This is what I was told - "The parking structure is closed on Thursdays and Sundays for construction."
