Are you able to purchase a ship model for the Norwegian Bliss? Was on her previously but they did not have them. I save a ship model in remembrance of every cruise ship I have been on. Thanks.

We took our first cruise on NCL in June on the Bliss. They had no ship models and denied carrying. I have every cruise ship we have been on for Carnival, Holland America, Princess and Royal Caribbean. So disappointed. Hard to believe they don’t sell them. Do any ships sell them? Thanks.

I am also going to look for transportation for 10 from hotel in TS to cruise port. Transportation will add up in New York between uber/taxis, airport and cruise port.

So I have to add 20.00 tolls from EWR to SheratonTS and then gratuity?

OK so basic would be 38.00 plus 8.00 tip and 20.00 tolls.

Think that is my best bet?

Would I save a considerable amount doing Uber?

Not interested in bus I don’t think.

Any recommendations for transportation from Newark Airport to Sheraton Hotel in Times Square?

Would need to manage 2-3 suitcases.

Also then taking us from Sheraton Hotel to Brooklyn Cruise Port. Any idea how far this is?

We just got off Harmony. 7 kids 4 to 17 all grandkids who loved the ship too.

I like that a/c worked well, refrig was actually cold. Liked our bed was next to balcony door. Convenient closets and drawers for clothes handy.

Had to order room service x2 and felt like had to order extra food due to service charge. Liked Royal Hamburger. Breakfast free at Johnny Rockets and was enjoyed by family.

Great cruise and kids loved slides, zip line etc.

We will need transportation in September from Newark Airport to our hotel in Times Square. Think it is 15 miles. We had heard better to fly in to Newark than use one of the NY Airports. Any suggestions?

I have to say some dissapointing things about the Harmony review. Could not believe 49.00pp. No way.

Drink service not good.

Cannot believe handicap bar behind toilet and no one has corrected it yet.

What did you think overall of Windjammer food?

We have 7 kids in our group on Harmony in June so appreciate info specific to some of them.

I think the food tour has to be out.

Definitely agree group tour Day 1 and Day 2 break up in smaller groups.

We are flying from Phoenix to NYC. Princess Cruise NE/Canada Sept 24th.

Hotel budget $200 or more as needed. I assume prices would be higher in NYC. Queen or King.

Also planning to do tour on our own after cruise from Quebec City to Niagara Falls.

Sightseeing requirements thinking of one 8 hour day group tour to see main sights and next day seeing the sights we want to at more relaxing pace.

We are starting from scratch planning a cruise out of New York on Princess. We will have 2-3 days pre-cruise in NY. Interested in tour company to see sites. There could be 12 or more people. If we have to divide up that would be acceptable. There are some walking issues of a few of us.

Cab or Uber?

So interested in hotel for at least 6 rooms or many more since exact number not know yet.

Touring advice

Best pizza and deli since NY is known for this.

Any other suggestions please since this is all our first visit to New York.

We have 8 adults and 7 children total of 15 needing transportation from Embassy Suites 17th St Fort Lauderdale to Harmony of the Seas in June.

Embassy Suites wants 9.00 pp to shuttle.

We have stayed at Doubletree 3-4 times now and are pleased with it.

The grounds are so nice. More relaxing atmosphere. Several story hotel only which I prefer. Shuttles to pier in San Pedro have always been on time and great service.

Yes Princess has the best pizza.

In 2014 first Princess Cruise on Star Princess our friend's first place she went to was Trident Grill and had hot fries.

These ships go upscale but many people want simple good food.

I know the cruise line wants the money that goes with the extra fees.

My husband is going to love the BBQ menu. Thanks for info. He may want to eat there all the time.

I am disappointed no 2017 RCL NE/Canada from Quebec City to Fort Lauderdale. We loved that cruise last fall. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
