Thursday morning flight. Sailing on Friday. Lots to get done tomorrow, and I will be gone half the day.

Wow, that is a lot of deer. Don’t usually see more than 3 or 4 in our yard. They have been feasting on our hostas. There are only a few left to eat now. Which reminds me, I better spread some chemicals to keep them away from the few that are left.

Then, I wondered what that old lunch box was worth? Looks like $10-$20. I found an old play sword my son had in the mid 80’s. Saw one of them online listed for $5,000. Of course, my grandson says his dad’s sword is now his.

Told the grandkids they could wrap my spare change and take to the bank to get bills they could use for souvenirs. $247 later. That weighs over 39 pounds. That is almost like five Rickys.

We were out to an outdoor concert tonight. Huge crowd there. Maybe the nice weather had something to do with it. We went for a walk during the concert and found a couple turkeys. Looks like they need to grow some before Thanksgiving. 😁

Beautiful sunny day here. We are headed out to another festival and outdoor concert this afternoon. My daughter has a nice day to celebrate their 17th anniversary. Man, did those years go fast.

Interesting. I did read that they do not have kid’s pricing because it isn’t recommended for kids. This isn’t something we will experience this time around. We will be doing all kid friendly things.

Yesterday was filled with festivals and fireworks. The boys have been busy making movies, so they brought along an iPad to film some fireworks. And speaking of Daryl, printing some door magnets for his next cruise. That is the same design I used for everyone’s shirts.

Harry, regarding your Paris planning for Disney. I don’t know if you ever visited this site, but it has an insane amount of data and charts for various parks, and Disney Paris is one of them. Being an anal 9.2 guy, you should appreciate all the data. I think this site would rank at least 9.6, and it looks like it updates every couple minutes. https://www.thrill-data.com/ I found it doing my WDW research.

Daryl says he wishes he was there. That is his natural habitat. 😁

We had our granddaughter all day, today. We took the kids out for a short hike. and a healthy lunch. I think this is her evil look as she gets her s’mores desert. Took them to a different trampoline park. This one had a rock wall, so she worked on her climbing skills. She made it almost to the top on the second try. And where was her brother? He went to Cleveland today for the National Sports Card show. He met one of the YouTube celebrities he follows. My daughter and son-in-law said there was an insane amount of money being thrown around at the show. I guess it must be a really big deal. And the most expensive thing they saw? The Jersey that Babe Ruth wore for the Called Shot home run. Thirty million $. @ValerieJo Happy 18th birthday to your grandson. I don’t know how these kids grow up so fast.

Look at International Friends. They have a Heathrow to Southampton transfer with a stop at Stonehenge. We used them for a post cruise transfer from Southampton to our London hotel, with Stonehenge, Salisbury, and Windsor castle stops. We were very pleased with them.

When did they remove the listing of your dining time, on the person tab? It is no longer showing on any of our cruises.

Saw this news story, saying they had to close the Racer roller coaster at Kennywood Park for a day. Evidently, they had to make some minor modifications. Maybe they needed a third concrete block! That is one of our favorite rides there.

Horrible about that plane crash at your airport last Sunday that killed that family from Quebec. Was it near your place? Susan says she remembers a plane going over that sounded strange. I guess they lost one engine and were trying to do an emergency landing.

We were at that restaurant to meet up with one of Susan’s cousins from Texas, that she hasn’t seen for probably 35 years. He and his wife were passing through, in the midst of a cross country tour in their motor home. They have already driven across to the east coast, and up to Maine with many stops along the way. Susan got three of her sisters and their spouses together, and we all met for lunch. A nice get together for them, reliving some of their childhood memories. Our grandson was very patient hanging out with a bunch of old folks. Of course, he kept busy on an iPad, and we did our part in feeding him health food. Who says cheesecake is just for desert? It can be a snack or a meal! Big cats were not the only things here. I won’t show the picture of the stuffed polar bear, because that distresses some people.
